Chicken fillet with potato slices


Chicken fillet 4 pcs

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Mustard, ready-made 1 tsp

Provencal herbs 1 tbsp l.

Potato slices 200 g

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

Combine the parpica, Provencal herbs, mustard, oil and tomato paste. Salt well.

Add to a bowl of chicken fillet and stand for 1 hour.

Place on a baking sheet with foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Put the potato slices on a baking sheet or a baking dish and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cut the chicken fillet into slices and put on a plate with lettuce, garnish with potato slices.
