Soak peas for 6-8 hours in cold water. Drain and rinse. Cover with water and put on medium heat. Cook until peas are soft.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and chopped carrots into rings, fry for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix ready-made peas, carrots and onions.

Add finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place on a platter and serve hot.
