Hot "For lovers"

This hot "For lovers" will decorate any romantic dinner and will give you an unforgettable pleasure.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pork (balyk) 300 g

Porcini or champignons (frozen) 200 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tsp.

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Cream 10% fat. 50 ml

Greens (for decoration)

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into steaks, salt and pepper.

Beat a little and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender.

Place on a plate.

Cut porcini mushrooms or champignons into cubes and fry in vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes. Add water as needed. Salt.

Mix sour cream with cream and heat over the lowest heat.

Add mushrooms and flour, salt. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Put a couple of tablespoons of mushroom sauce and a couple of pieces of meat on the plates. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
