Champignons 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 50 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste


Peel and cut the potatoes into small slices.

Boil, knead and cool.

Add egg, flour and salt.

Roll up balls.

Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onion and sliced ​​mushrooms in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

Add grated carrots and salt.
