Chicken stew with potatoes and mushrooms

Cut the chicken into pieces, peel the carrots and onions.

Coarsely chop the onions and carrots.

Fry the chicken pieces with carrots and onions in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 glass of water and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes.

Rinse the potatoes well and cut into quarters.

Add to the pan and stir. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Peel and cut the porcini mushrooms.

Add to the pan and season with salt. Stir well and simmer for another 5-7 minutes, covered.

Place on a plate and garnish with dill sprigs.
