Pasta casserole with cheese and green peas

Ingredients

Cheese 100 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Pasta 300 g

Green peas (frozen) 200 g

Egg 1 pc

Sour cream 25% fat. 50 g

Cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Salt to taste

Boil water, salt and boil the pasta until tender.

Grate cheese and mix with thawed green peas.

In a separate bowl, beat an egg, add sour cream and cream, salt a little.

Add slightly cooled pasta to the cheese and green peas and mix well. Pour in a mixture of cream, sour cream and eggs. Mix.

Put in a mold slightly greased with butter and sprinkle with hard grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cut into portions and serve.
