Many will love these juicy, aromatic stuffed peppers.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Minced meat 200 g
Rice 50 g
Egg 1 pc
Bell pepper 5 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil rice until tender and cool.
Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion. Add egg and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the prepared peppers.
Chop the second onion, grate the carrots. Fry everything in vegetable oil.
Add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Salt.
Put the peppers in a saucepan and pour the vegetable fry on top. Add half a glass of water. Put the saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
Put a pillow of vegetables and a couple of peppers on a dish. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
