Chicken with colored pasta and green peas, a bright, appetizing dish will create a festive mood even on the most ordinary day.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Colored pasta (spirals) 200 g
Chicken fillet 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Green peas 100 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil water in a separate saucepan. Season with salt and boil the pasta until tender. Drain water, add 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and leave under the lid.
Fry the finely chopped onion and diced meat in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Add some water and close those with a lid. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add peas and chopped carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for another 5-7 minutes.
When the peas are tender, add the pasta, stir well.
Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Place on plates and garnish with a sprig of herbs.
