Shrimp with rice

Shrimp with rice, this is a great option for a delicious lunch

Ingredients

Shrimps 300 g

Rice 50 g

Green onion (feather) 5-6 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Butter 20 g

Salt to taste

Preparation

Pour boiling water over the shrimps, cool and peel.

Boil rice in salted water.

Mix butter with olive oil in a frying pan. Fry finely chopped onions, garlic and parsley in oil.

Put the shrimps and fry for 5-7 minutes.

The shrimps with rice are ready. Put rice on a dish, shrimp on top and pour with oil and herbs. Decorate with a lemon wedge.
