Dembel meat

Meat "Dembel", a dish with a masculine character that your guests will appreciate.

Cooking time 1 hour


Meat (balyk) 400 g

Raw smoked loin 100 g

Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Spices for meat 15 g



Sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.


Rinse the meat, dry it and make cross cuts in it.

Place loin pieces into each cut.

Rub with salt and spices.

Place a few more pieces of loin on top.

Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 C.

Heat oil in a skillet. Cut the rest of the loin into cubes, add to the oil, fry a little. Boil peeled potatoes and fry in a pan with butter and loin. Remove the meat from the oven, cut into portions, put on a plate with potatoes. Decorate with herbs.
