This mustard-covered chicken wings recipe is a great picnic choice. Juicy, piquant wings just melt in your mouth.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Chicken wings 1 kg
Mustard with seeds 2-3 tbsp. l.
Onion 2 pcs
Leaf lettuce 1 bunch
Vegetables (for decoration)
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry chicken wings.
Fold into a bowl. Add chopped onion, mustard and salt in half rings.
Mix well and leave for a couple of hours.
Place the grill on the tails.
Heat up the coals. Fry for 15-20 minutes on each side, turning over.
Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with vegetables.
