Fried capelin in a pan

Delicious crispy golden fish for your table in 20 minutes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Capelin 400 g

Flour 3-4 tbsp. l.

Frying oil stack.

Salt to taste


Thaw capelin at room temperature.

Rip open the abdomen, remove the entrails and rinse well.

Season with salt and bread in flour.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown for 3-4 minutes.

Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Fried capelin in a pan is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
