Peel the mushrooms and cut into cubes.
Fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add the carrots, cut into strips.
Add ½ cup water and well rinsed bulgur. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for another 30-35 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Adding water as needed.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
