Beans with vegetables, the recipe is simple and tasty. An excellent choice for lunch or dinner.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Beans 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Soak beans in cold water for 2-3 hours. Drain water, rinse.
Cook the beans until tender.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the pepper into strips. Fry everything in vegetable oil.
Add beans. Salt. Fry for another 3 minutes. Close the lid, let it brew.
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
