Schnitzel with potato tortilla

Peel potatoes and grate.

In a bowl, combine potatoes, grated cheese and egg, salt and pepper well.

Put the mixture in a hot pan with butter in small flat cakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Place on paper towels.

Beat the pieces of meat a little, salt and pepper.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Roll the schnitzel in flour. Dip in egg mixture.

And roll in finely chopped loaf crumb.

Fry in a large amount of heated oil on both sides.

Put the tortilla and schnitzel on a plate. Decorate with vegetables and sour cream sauce and dill mayonnaise.
