Goat on the doorstep salad

Chicken fillet 200 g

Canned champignons 100 g

Ham 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Mayonnaise 30 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Frying oil

Salt to taste


Place each ingredient in small piles around a large serving platter. Place the sliced ​​mushrooms in quarters and the sliced ​​ham on the plate.

Put canned peas and boiled eggs into strips.

Add fresh cucumber and tomato, cut into strips. Just finely chop the boiled chicken fillet and lay out with the last sector.

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Place potatoes in the middle. Decorate with finely chopped dill and mayonnaise. Serve to the table.
