Tilapia fish rolls

Original tilapia fish rolls with vegetable filling, a real delight. Even those who are indifferent to fish will like this dish.

Tilapia fillet 4 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Onion 1 pc

Butter 2 tsp

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Fish spices to taste

Salt to taste


Salt the fish fillet and sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, mix grated carrots, chopped dill, diced bell pepper, add spices.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Put a small portion of the filling on the fillet and wrap it in a roll. Put the rolls into the mold.

Lay with onion rings and butter slices.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes. Pouring melted butter several times from the mold.
