Potatoes stuffed with meat

Ingredients:

2 potatoes, 200 g minced meat, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, vegetable oil, 2 slices of cheese, 1 tomato, herbs, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Wash and dry the potatoes well. Put in a mold and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished potatoes. Cut off the lid and make a depression, leaving the potatoes around the edges.

Finely chop the onion and fry with minced meat in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the potatoes.

Add one spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise and lay on top of a slice of cheese.

Place in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Place on a platter and garnish with a sprig of herbs and tomato slices.
