Flounder with potatoes and sauce, another option for making a delicious and quick lunch

Flounder 1 piece
Potatoes 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Sour cream 25% fat. 1 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground red pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Peel the fish, remove the entrails. Rinse well and trim off the fins.
Divide the fish into portions.
Season with salt and pepper. Dip the fish pieces in flour.
Fry the fish on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small slices. Season with salt and pepper with a mixture of black and red pepper. Add vegetable oil.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish.
Bake potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes at 250 degrees until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and finely chopped dill.
Flounder with potatoes and sauce is ready. Put fish pieces, potatoes and a spoonful of sauce on a dish. Decorate with herbs and tomatoes.
