Meat with potatoes and mushroom sauce, delicious dinner for two.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Lean pork 1-2 pcs
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Champignons 100 g
Sour cream 25% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) twigs.
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Season the chops with salt and pepper.
Beat off and fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Season with black pepper and brush with vegetable oil. Place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. Cut the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. Salt. Add sour cream and simmer for another 5-7 minutes over low heat.
Add finely chopped greens.
Place the chop, potatoes and mushroom sauce on a platter. Decorate with tomato slices and herbs.
