This is a fragrant roast with pork, potatoes, green beans and honey mushrooms, stewed in sour cream. You have never tasted such an autumn dish.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Pork pulp 300 g
Green beans 100 g
Mushrooms (honey agarics) 150 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Spices for meat
Sour cream 10% fat. 3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cut the meat into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Fry the meat with onions until half cooked.
Add boiled honey mushrooms.
Add spices, salt and sour cream to the pan with meat and mushrooms. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Place diced potatoes in a ceramic dish or pot.
Add some boiled beans.
Put the mushrooms with meat and sour cream in a dish on top of the beans.
Close the lid and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
