Boil rice in salted water and put in a colander.
Cut the meat into pieces and fry in sunflower oil until tender.
Add 1/4 cup water. Season with salt, add spices and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Fry vegetables in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes.
Place rice, vegetables and meat in a bowl.
Mix well. Put on a plate. Suppress warm.
