Stuffed zucchini

Oven-baked stuffed zucchini with pork under a golden crust is one of the most delicious dishes you can make from zucchini.

Zucchini 1 pc

Pork pulp 300 g

Bulb onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Sour cream 25% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

1/2 cup water

Parsley (greens)

Dill (greens)

Salt to taste


Wash the zucchini and peel it.

Cut into pieces.

Take out the middle.

Pass the pork pulp and onion through a meat grinder.

Season with salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini with meat.

Put it in the form. Fill the rest of the space with grated carrots.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and water.

Pour into the mold from above and around the edges.

Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
