Cabbage & Beans

Ingredients

White cabbage 300 g

Green beans 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Salt

Finely chop the cabbage. Boil the beans in water until half cooked.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread finely chopped onion.

Add cabbage, fry a little. Add 100 ml of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.

Add beans and some more water if needed.

Cook for another 10-12 minutes. Salt. Place on a plate and garnish with green onions.
