Solyanka "Festive"

Solyanka "Prazdnichnaya", a dish of field cuisine by MAY 9! P.S. In the original, the dish was prepared without meat and was called "Solyanka rear", but since we have a holiday, we decided to add meat.

Cooking time 1 hour

Ingredients

Pork pulp 200 g

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Sauerkraut 150 g

Onion 1 pc

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Sunflower oil to taste

Salt to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste

Preparation

Fry finely chopped onions in sunflower oil with finely chopped meat until half cooked.

Put diced potatoes in a deep saucepan.

Then lay out the cabbage.

Lay the meat and bay leaf on top to taste.

Pour a glass of water and simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. Stir, salt. Place on a plate and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
