Natural beets 4 pcs
Baltic cheese 50 g
White raisins 2-3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Boil the beets, cool and peel.
Grate the beets into a bowl.
Add grated cheese, pressed garlic and mayonnaise.
Add steamed raisins and mix well. Salt to taste.
Put in a salad bowl and let it brew for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
