Fry finely chopped onions in sunflower oil.
Add chopped ribs.
Stir to fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add diced carrots.
Add the diced potatoes. Pour in 1 glass of water.
Simmer covered over medium heat for 15 minutes. Mix. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
Reduce heat and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
