"My fish" is delicious red fish steaks in a creamy dill sauce, which are ideal for both a festive table and a family dinner.

Pink salmon 1 piece
Fish spices to taste
Cream 20% fat. 100 ml
Dried dill 1 tsp
Leaf lettuce 1 bunch
Parsley (greens) 1 sprig
Sunflower oil to taste
Salt to taste
Peel the fish and cut into slices - steaks.
Salt, grate with spices. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides.
Lay out in a deep mold.
Mix cream with dill.
Pour the mixture over the fish.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
