Baked meat with pumpkin

Delight your loved ones with delicious meat with slices of tender pumpkin. Even a novice housewife can cook this meat baked with pumpkin.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Pork pulp (tenderloin, balyk) 400 g

Small butternut squash 300 g

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.




Peel and seed half of the butternut squash.

Rinse and dry the meat well.

Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Fry the meat in a pan with vegetable oil, on all sides.

Cut the pumpkin into large pieces.

Remove the meat from the pan and put the pumpkin slices, fry for 1-2 minutes, salt.

Place the meat and pumpkin in the dish.

Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour in the oven at 180 degrees C.

Remove the foil and let the meat rest.

Cut the meat into slices and put the pumpkin slices on a side dish on a side dish. Decorate with herbs.
