Chicken salad "Almaty"

Insanely delicious and original salad with chicken "Almaty" will be a decoration of any festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

1/4 pomegranate

Eggs 3 pcs

Red carrots 2 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil chicken, carrots and eggs.

Peel the pomegranate.

Grate cheese.

Place finely chopped chicken fillet in the middle on a flat dish.

Put the grated carrots in a circle.

Put grated eggs in a circle of carrots.

Put grated cheese in a circle of eggs.

Lay out the mayonnaise in sectors. Decorate with herbs.

Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
