Red beans 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
Fresh champignons 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Sunflower oil 50 g
Soak the beans for 2-3 hours. Boil in water until tender. Do not salt, otherwise it will boil down.
Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan.
Add sliced mushrooms.
Fry for 7-10 minutes. Add ready-made beans to the pan, mix well and salt. Place on a platter, serve hot or cold.
