Chicken kebab can be prepared without leaving home, and a spicy salad will add spice.

Chicken fillet 500 g
Champignons 200 g
Canned pineapple 100 g
Tomatoes 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Sour apple 1/2 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Sesame seeds 15 g
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Ground white pepper 1/2 tsp.
Rosemary 1/4 tsp
Dried oregano 1/4 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Mix the spices.
Stir the chicken and spices well and let stand for 30 minutes.
If the champignons are large, cut in half. String alternately chicken, mushrooms and pineapples.
Put the kebabs on a baking sheet.
Fry in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees, turn over and brush with olive oil and white pepper. Fry for another 15 minutes.
Prepare salad in a bowl. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, green apple slices, onion rings.
Cut the peppers into small pieces, the tomatoes and the finely chopped herbs.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. Salt. Mix well.
Put ready-made kebabs on half a plate. On the other half, put the prepared salad from a bowl on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
