Chicken in creamy broccoli sauce

Chicken in a creamy broccoli sauce, an appetizing dish is prepared very simply and quickly.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 25% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Cream 35% fat. 50 g

Broccoli 200 g

Salt to taste

Sunflower oil (for frying)

Curry to taste

Pepper to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in sunflower oil.

Add chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.

Fry over medium heat until half cooked. Add 100 g of water and cover, simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Mix sour cream, cream, mayonnaise and spices.

Put in a frying pan.

Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Steam broccoli, not forgetting to salt. Place some broccoli and chicken pieces with sauce on a plate.
