Cottage cheese with strawberries

Delicate curds with strawberries, for those who like to make real surprises for loved ones.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Curd 300 g

Egg 1 pc

Vanillin 1 g

Sour cream 25% fat. 100 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.

Strawberry jam 30 g

Strawberries, fresh frozen berries, fresh frozen strawberries 3 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar


Sunflower oil


Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Add vanillin, flour, sugar, egg, half sour cream.

Mix well. Shape the balls.

Roll in flour. Fry in sunflower oil.

Put on a plate with a spoonful of sour cream, jam and berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
