Meat with peaches

Sweet peaches go well with meat. Their delicate taste and aroma add spice to the dish and the meat is simply amazing.

Beef tenderloin (pork or veal) 500 g

Spicy tomato sauce 200 g

Peaches 4 pcs




Cut the meat into small slices 2 cm wide and beat slightly. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Coat each slice on both sides with tomato sauce and place on a baking sheet.

Divide the peaches into halves and remove the pits.

We put the baking sheet with meat in the oven on a medium level, and put the peaches on the wire rack over the meat, the juice from the peaches will slowly drain into the meat.

We cook for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C.

Mix everything, salt and pepper. If you are using very hot mustard, then do not use adjika.
