Cheese casserole with ginger


Low-fat cottage cheese 200 g

Grated cheese 100 g

Butter 50 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots) 200 g

Ginger root 2-3 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.


Baking powder



Mix cottage cheese, eggs, cheese and butter, add sugar and grated ginger, mix thoroughly, and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Add vanillin and baking powder to the flour, gradually add the mixture to the dough, stirring continuously. Add dried fruits.

Sprinkle a baking dish with breadcrumbs, put the dough in it and place in a preheated oven.

Bake over low heat for 30 minutes.

The casserole is delicious both hot and cold with black tea.
