Tuna fried in tea with arugula

Tuna fried in tea with arugula, an original fish appetizer will surprise your guests at the festive table.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Tuna 200 g

Earl gray tea 2 tbsp. l.

Fresh arugula 2 handfuls

Olive oil 100 ml

Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp l.

Pine nuts 2 tbsp l.


Defrost the fish. Cut into 2 long sticks, 1 per serving. Dip in tea on all sides and fry in olive oil for 30 seconds. From each side. In the middle, the tuna should remain moist. Whisk the remaining oil with balsamic vinegar. Add nuts. Rinse and dry the arugula. Season with sauce. Place on a plate. Gently cut the tuna into slices and place on the arugula. Serve immediately.
