Fried carp with french fries and lettuce

Fried carp with fries and lettuce, try our recipe for this dish. It turns out a delicious fish!

Cooking time 20 minutes


Carp (600 g) 1 pc

Potatoes 400 g

Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour 100 g

Bulgarian pepper 1 piece

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Greens (dill, parsley) twigs.

Lemon juice to taste

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Peel the fish, cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick, use the head and tail for fish soup or for other purposes. Salt and pepper the pieces of fish, sprinkle with lemon, let stand for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour flour into a plate. As the oil heats up, roll the fish pieces in flour and put in a pan, fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat. If, after piercing it, it seems that the fish is still damp, then cover the pan with a lid for 5-7 minutes at low heat.

Prepare french fries separately. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, pepper, fish, French fries cut into rings on them, you can lemon slices and decorate everything with herbs.
