Red nose salad

Delicate and spicy salad that can be prepared in a matter of minutes for the New Year's table!

Cooking time 20 minutes


Crab sticks 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Tomato 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Greens (for decoration) to taste

Salt to taste


In a bowl, beat eggs with butter and salt.

Divide into thirds and bake three pancakes in a hot skillet.

Dice the crab sticks into a large bowl and grate the cheese.

Add the pancakes and corn, cut into strips.

Add diced tomatoes, pressed garlic and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Place on a platter with lettuce and garnish with small tomatoes and herbs.

The Red Nose salad is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
