Rinse and dry the pieces of meat.
Rub with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Fry in half vegetable oil.
Put on a dish, pour cognac and set fire (REMEMBER ABOUT THE RULES OF HANDLING FIRE AND BE CAREFUL!). When the flame has died out, transfer to a baking sheet with foil and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
For a side dish, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Defrost the champignons.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until golden brown, put on napkins.
Fry the mushrooms. Salt potatoes and mushrooms to taste.
Cut the finished meat into slices.
Put potatoes and mushrooms on a dish.
Lay the slices of meat on top. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
