Pink salmon in a sleeve in the oven is a delicious fish dish for the whole family that will not take much of your time and effort.

Fresh frozen pink salmon 1 pc
Rosemary 1 sprig
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 to taste
Peel and gut the pink salmon.
Cut off the head and fins, cut the carcass into steaks.
Put the pieces of fish in a bowl and season with salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 sprig of rosemary.
Fold the fish pieces into a sleeve with the rosemary.
Put the pink salmon in a sleeve in a baking dish or baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Leave the finished pink salmon in the sleeve for 10 minutes.
Open the sleeve and put the pink salmon on a dish.
