Buckwheat in a pot

Buckwheat with meat and vegetables in a pot cooked in the oven is a crumbly buckwheat with tender pieces of meat and vegetables. A delicious meal for the whole family.

Cooking time 55 minutes


Water 300 ml

Pork pulp 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Bay leaf 1 piece

Ground black pepper to taste


Cut 300 grams of pork pulp into small cubes.

Fry the meat in a pan with butter for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Add finely chopped onion and diced carrots.

Fry the meat with vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Add buckwheat and stir.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste. Mix.

Transfer the buckwheat with meat and vegetables from the pan to a baking pot.

Pour in 300 ml of water and add 1 bay leaf. If you do it in portioned pots, then one bay leaf per pot.

Cover with a lid and cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Take out and cool slightly.

Buckwheat in a pot is ready. Can be served at the table.
