Chicken liver stewed in sour cream

Chicken liver stewed in sour cream in a pan, this is a very tasty and quick dish, tender pieces of liver literally melt in your mouth.

Chicken liver 500 g

Sour cream 200 g

Onion 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse 500 grams of chicken liver, dry, cut off the veins and cut into pieces.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Peel and chop 2 onions with a feather.

Place the onion in a skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chicken liver and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.

Add 200 grams of sour cream and simmer the chicken liver over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.

Season the chicken liver with salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken liver stewed in sour cream is ready. Place on a platter, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with your favorite side dish.
