Grilled chicken fillet

Grilled chicken fillet is an excellent choice for a romantic dinner.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet (2 pieces) 400 g

Cherry tomatoes 200 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 5 tbsp. l.

Red onion 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

1/4 tsp pink pepper

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

In a bowl, combine 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic, 1/4 teaspoon pink pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Grate the chicken fillet well with the mixture, leave for 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill pan well. Put the chicken fillet in the pan.

Fry on each side for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until golden brown and dark stripes.

200 grams of cherry tomatoes, one red onion and greens, rinse, peel the onion.

In a bowl, cut the tomatoes into halves, the onion into rings and pick the parsley with your hands.

Put the chicken fillet on the plates on the salad leaves.

Add vegetable salad.
