Mashed potatoes "New Year's garnish" is mashed potatoes with mushrooms and smoked chicken breast, which can be served on a festive table.

Potatoes 600 g
Champignons 150 g
Butter 100 g
Smoked chicken breast 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper
Peel 600 g of potatoes.
Cut into quarters and fold into a saucepan. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Cover with water and cook until cooked for 15-20 minutes.
Drain the water from the potatoes, add 2 eggs and 100 g of butter. Crush well with a crush.
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy without lumps.
Fry the finely chopped onion in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Peel, rinse and dry 150 g of mushrooms.
Add the champignons, cut into slices, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add 100 g of finely chopped smoked brisket. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the mashed potatoes in portioned plates.
Top with fried mushrooms with brisket and garnish with parsley.
