Pink salmon 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Peel the fish, gut and rinse well.
Cut the fish into portions.
Salt the fish pieces on top.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Fry fish pieces on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Peel the onions and carrots, grate the carrots, cut the onions into half rings.
Add vegetables to fish.
Dissolve 100 grams of sour cream in 100 grams of water and add 1 pinch of salt.
Pour sour cream into a skillet and cook covered for 15 minutes.
Pink salmon with onions and carrots are ready. Sprinkle the finished fish with finely chopped dill and serve.
