Minced meat in a pan with tomatoes

Minced meat prepared according to this recipe in a pan with tomatoes will be a great addition to any side dish, pasta, rice or buckwheat.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced pork 400 g

Tomato 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 30 g

1/2 tbsp salt l.

Spices for meat 1/2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Prepare 400 g of your favorite minced pork or defrost ready-made.

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Add minced meat and knead well with a spatula, fry for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the onion and carrots, rinse 3 tomatoes. Cut vegetables into cubes.

Add 1/2 tbsp to the minced meat. a spoonful of salt and 1/2 tbsp. spoons of spices for meat.

Add chopped onions and carrots. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Stir and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, add finely chopped parsley.

Minced meat in a pan is ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
