Classic zucchini pancakes

With this recipe, you can make classic zucchini pancakes. Delicious, tender, in the season of zucchini they can always be prepared for lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini (small) 1-2 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.


1-2 Zucchini rinse well and dry, peel off old zucchini.

Cut into slices and peel the pulp and seeds.

Grate the zucchini into a bowl.

Add 1 egg and finely chopped greens.

Add ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 pinch of ground black pepper and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.

Mix well.

Spoon the squash mixture into a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Classic zucchini pancakes are ready. Place the zucchini pancakes on a platter and serve.
