Rice with chicken and vegetables

Rice with chicken and vegetables is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish that can feed the whole family or a small company.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken (pieces) 500 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Spices for chicken 1/2 tsp

Parsley (greens) to taste


Pour boiling water over rice and leave for 30 minutes.

Rinse and dry the chicken pieces.

Dice the onion, carrot and pepper.

Add chicken spices.

Add vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Add some water and simmer for 10 minutes, covered.

Add swollen and strained long-grain rice of TM "Aleika". Add water so that the rice is completely covered. Season with salt and cover. Cook for another 20 minutes over low heat.

Rice with chicken and vegetables is ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving and serve.
