Oatmeal cutlets

Oatmeal cutlets are a savings to your budget and a great opportunity to cook delicious meatless cutlets to feed your family.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Boiling water 200 ml

Potatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Add 200 milliliters of boiling water.

Leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Peel 2 potatoes, 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves.

Stir the steamed flakes well.

Grind vegetables with a blender or through a meat grinder.

Add chopped vegetables to the cereal bowl.

Add 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the mixture well.

Form cutlets from the mass and put in the pan.

Cook on both sides for 6-7 minutes each over medium heat.

Cover and cook over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.

Oatmeal cutlets are ready. Place cutlets on a platter and serve.
